Mozzarella

Mozzarella is a smooth creamy white cheese, produced using the Pasta Filata process, which gives the mozzarella it’s optimal stretch and a delicate creamy flavor profile. Our mozzarellas are primarily produced at our tremendous Luxemburg, WI & Lake Norden, SD facilities.
