Roger Krohn is certified for Mozzarella and Provolone cheese; Terry Lensmire holds certification for Cheddar, Mozzarella, Provolone and Monterey Jack; Dan Stearns is certified for Cheddar; and Pat Doell holds certification for Mozzarella and Provolone.
The Wisconsin Master Cheese Makers program is the most ambitious and rigorous advanced training program in the country and the only Master program outside of Europe. All of Agropur's cheese making and curing takes place under the supervision of our experts; the pride in their art of cheese making has led to the creation of Agropur's private label Brand Masters Reserve.
